Offer to help maintain Insert

In an out-of-the-ordinary maintainer request, I was the original author of this module in Drupal, but I did not have a hand in porting it to Backdrop (that was @herbdool it looks like).

This module needs some work to get it going with CKEditor 5 (#22). I had thought that Insert module would no longer be necessary now that CKEditor has been part of core with built-in image uploads, but some users (including one of my clients) still prefer Insert module for a couple reasons:

• The ability to select an image style before inserting.
• The ability to specify upload directories per content type.
• Clear connection between attached files and pieces of content.

Can I be added as a maintainer to help get this module updated?
