Sneak to show overlay #170

For me, the overlay usually gets in the way, and I enable the overlay only when I need it in that moment.

In the past, I used to set WAILA/WTHIT with the same key as the sneak key in hold mode so that only when sneaking it would show up.

But now it doesn't work anymore, the conflict overrides the sneak key and doesn't let you sneak anymore but only control the overlay.

Having a dedicated option would be better. We already have a function to show more details when sneaking.
