Enhancement

Currently, the new break progress interpolation applies when the progress resets when a block is broken or the player stops breaking a block. This trait causes a disconnect between the actual break progress and the displayed break progress; the actual break progress does not interpolate in reverse in the same way. Furthermore, because interpolation doesn't apply when the tooltip is not displayed, the interpolation upon reset can still be seen when looking away into the sky to stop breaking a block, then pointing towards another block.
