Duplicate __init__.py & missing delete-button #162

Importing from github creates another empty init.py -file. Editing the project does not show the delete-button and hence, the extra init.py cannot be deleted from the project:
2022-07-23-233607_587x393_scrot
Firefox & chromium were used replicate the issue. Both had the same issue.
