We have seen a pattern in support with this DT only that fill up the boot partition with recovery files. These files are created when the partition needs recovering. There must be something (maybe the supervisor configFS mounting) that is preventing the boot partition to unmount cleanly.
If the fsck on boot is not able to automatically recover the partition, the device will not boot.
