Review not yet linted MUST rules and analyze if they could break build easily as it's a common mistake.
Maybe it's a good idea to implement at least all MUST rules form https://github.com/zalando/zally/tree/main/server/zally-ruleset-zalando/src/main/kotlin/org/zalando/zally/ruleset/zalando
