Plenty if typos

Seems every paragraph has a typo.

It was written before the code editor I used had spell correction, also spelling wasn't my concern with the authorship of this document, the conceptual perspective shift was my focus while documenting the evidence.

There are a few points, maybe a sentence in each section, that I would revise as a wiser older person; however such revision would be out of scope, as I think it is interesting to keep a time capsule of this.

If someone is wanting a more modern take on the subject, I wrote this essay https://balupton.com/vegan perhaps 10 years ago now; and a few years after writing this document. It is my foremost recommendation; however has a very different tone and focus.

With all that said, it would be nice to fix the typos, but retaining the message of this document.
