Resuming from error when already resumed (ie: from touchscreen) causes print to pause #6057

How to reproduce

  1. Cause a resumable error (ie: filament runout)
  2. Press retry/resume on the error message on the touchscreen
  3. Press retry/resume on the error message in BambuStudio

Actual results

Pressing Retry in BambuStudio toggles pause regardless of current state.

Expected results

If printer has already resumed, pressing "retry" to clear the message in BambuStudio should not pause the printer.
