Base64 encoding due to WebSocket special chars #2

WebSocket has a few special chars, which will crash the WebSocket implementation of at least Firefox when sending for e.g. the '§' char.

The messages should be base64 en-/ and decoded to be sure there will be no issues with the underlying protocol.
