Coordinates in degree minutes seconds returns Error #106

When I enter coordinates in degree minutes seconds format then I get following error;
"Geocode was not successful for the following reason: ZERO_RESULTS"

However the pin is dropped correctly at the desired coordinate. Typical example of 51° 47' 21.77" N 11° 8' 29.74" E
