SubmitAction has access to other Pages in the Form

I am trying to create a SubmitAction that set values of fields on Page 2 from Page 1, but the FormSubmitContext does not contain data for other pages

A way to reference other pages in the SubmitAction

I tried to see if the ShowFormPageNavigationLoader or ShowFormPageContext had a solution to get a reference, but I could not find a solution
