send email action is twice in the drop down.

I just installed 10.3.1 new clean install. Right after I've installed Form Extensions Package( Sitecore Forms Extensions for SC9.3 and SC10.0-3.2.1.zip)

During the installation I've answered overwrite to the following items

/sitecore/client/Applications/FormsBuilder/Components/Layouts/PropertyGridForm/PageSettings/Common/Styling/CssClass
/sitecore/client/Applications/FormsBuilder/Components/Layouts/PropertyGridForm/PageSettings/Common/Styling/LabelCssClass
/sitecore/system/Settings/Forms/Submit Actions/Send Email
/sitecore/system/Settings/Forms/Submit Actions/Send Email

Not sure why it asked twice for Send Mail twice.

Now in my action drop down I have 2 send email and none of them is working. See the attached screenshots

Hi @shofixty, @rolek, @Antonytm @bverdonck and @bartverdonck,

We are also facing the same issue. We are using Sitecore 10.3.1 and have installed latest version 4.0.2 of this package extension.

Even after installing this package we are facing the same issue

Do we have any fix for this issue for Sitecore 10.3.1 version? Any small help will be highly appreciated.
