Redirect or Rewrite URL

Hello,

I am trying to deploy my Laravel and NextJS projects with kamal. Everything is working great so far. I am hitting on wall on where I have many url redirect/rewrite to support old URL. I couldn't figure out how can I achieve that in kamal-proxy
Anyone can point me where can I dig more to make it working?

After doing some research I understand it's out scope for kamal-proxy to do rewrite/redirection at the moment. I am trying to omit proxy altogether and use nginx instead. But when I set proxy: false it's still trying to spin up proxy container and conflicting with nginx because nginx already using port 80

Anyone have any idea how to omit proxy altogether?
