Proxy not mapping to container!

Setup is like a server with VM. i have deployed the app on VM but not able to access it.

Had mapped server port (5678) to VM port on (80). Also VM proxy running on 80 & 443.
So why the application is not getting napped.

What I am missing?
What curl request should be tried in VM or from outside world?

You're missing an /up endpoint for the healthcheck https://kamal-deploy.org/docs/configuration/proxy/#healthcheck

Try many deploys, in some logs got response status: 301 [Moved permentaly] and in some 404 [Not found].

In deploy.yml, the Server - web - IP Address is Main server IP address.
The Server accept inbound request on 5678 port, which is mapped to VM port (80).

In VM docker,

Had added health check also. Still the same result.
