All tools (from bin folder) are well documented online.

Thanks, after fix of critical problem with missing license (#2) I will test whatever it is enough to use code published in this repo.

Hi. Within few days, I'll set up a license. It will be GPLv2 - most of the work is based on mkgmap project which is licensed on GPLv2.
