Automatically reload Search Index once its schema is updated

Once the ability to create and edit Search Schemas has been implemented (see issue #20),
and once the API-side ability to automatically reload an index has been implemented (see basho-labs/riak_explorer#88):

1. Once a user updates a schema, automatically reload all search indexes that are using it, via the Explorer API call.
2. In addition, provide a 'Reload Index' button where appropriate (in the Index Detail view, or in the list of indexes on the Cluster detail view.
