cluster wait-for-service --nodes is not honored

Usage: riak-mesos cluster wait-for-service [OPTIONS]

  Iterates over all nodes in cluster and executes node wait-for-service.
  Optionally waits until the number of nodes (specified by --nodes) at
  minimum are joined to the cluster

When passed --nodes 1 it still waited for riak-weatherstation-10 which is unschedulable to return status when riak-weatherstation-3 had already reported in.
