@sumedhasingla may want you to run GWAS . Make sure you select the right method based on the distribution of her features.

I need this results way before Aug 1.

The feature vector for our main experiment i.e lambda_1 = 10 and lambda_2 = 0.001 are saved at /pghbio/dbmi/batmanlab/singla/COPD_MICCAI_2018/Experiments/log/new_Exp_SaveResults

The RSquare for FEV1: 0.65
RSquare for FEV1/FVC = 0.71
Gold Score accuracy % = 0.55

@jrahimik for future reference, add the manhattan plot, Q-Q plots, etc for different methods here. I want to be able to go back and take a look.

and this is the QQPlot:
qqplot_sumedha

I need the following @jrahimik :

  • Run the association for d=20 (95% of var)
  • Results with other techniques
  • validate the results
  • summarize in a powerpoint file

@jrahimik last update on this issue was 11 days ago which is not acceptable.

As I mentioned in my email, I need all of these in addition to the #57 completed by 10/3/2018.
