Add "results inspection" to GUI #12

Refine the GUI for inspecting results. Specifically, user should be able to view
voltage traces and scroll/jump to "events", including found spikes, unusually low
amplitude found spikes, unusually large amplitude background locations, refractory
violations, cross-corr (synchrony) artifacts, or mis-matches between two sorters
(or sorter and ground truth).

Add scrollbar that can do the following, in order of priority:

scroll everything together
go to the immediate next chunk with maybe a tiny bit of overlap
go to the next event - auto-scan to next event and center window
choose time

MATLAB's scrollbars suck - need to find a way to scroll everything together

Look for library that can plot long timeseries
