Add datasources to GeoServer for airphoto centres and flightlines in WhereHouse

Currently, all airphoto centres and flightlines are defined as shapefile layers in MapServer. Data Admin is to work with GeoBC to get all this data into the WhereHouse. When that is done, datasources for these datasets need to be defined in GeoServer so that Paul Austin can define kml SLDs and templates.
