feat: Zoom to results control

Description

Added a Zoom To Results control button on the map page (bottom right corner) that is hidden behind a feature flag (VITE_ZOOM_TO_RESULTS_CONTROL_FLAG).
When clicked it will zoom to show all search results on the map.

Fixes #210

Also added another feature flag (VITE_OSM_GRAYSCALE_FLAG) for turning the OSM map tiles gray.
