What?

Make sure that this package correctly estimates gas for EP v0.7.0 on Base Sepolia & Mainnet.

Consult with Veljko and Nishant.

Why?

They are currently using hardcoded gas values and we need to have Base support ASAP because Rug Rumble depends on it.

How?

@arcticfloyd1984 you add the relevant notes and links as you go, this could be useful for future reference and if someone needs to take over / fix something related to this.
