Gas Estimate Investigation

What?

Figure out the best way to estimate AA gas limits and values for:

• EP v0.6.0
• EP v0.7.0
• Chains that support state overrides
• Chains that don't support state overrides

Why?

We are not feeling confident if we are doing gas estimations properly for all chains, especially for EPv0.7.0 after Yash left.

How?

Have a brainstorming & exploration session with Filip and Chirag and see how we can better estimate AA gas limits and values.

@TheDivic We are also noticing high gas fee estimates. Today, I made a token transfer and paid $25 in fees (on L1, it was around $3).

Do you have any insights on why the estimates are so high?
