Hello, BIISQ methodology looked very intriguing but the lack of software to convert common standard SAM alignments and GFF/GTF annotation formats seems to make it inaccessible to a wide audience. So my request is that you please consider creating some input data conversion programs to enable folks outside of your group to work with BIISQ.
