Audio file extension(, sample rate, and conversion to mono) as request parameter(s)

Sara mentioned that it would be great to have the parameters related to audio extraction that were configured in the .env file previously to now be received as request parameters and processed accordingly such that external processes can control the output required.

Sample rate and conversion to mono are not as urgent since this worker is mostly linked to the Whisper service and Whisper already does internal conversions to mono and the sample rate needed (16,000 Hz), but it would still be nice to be able to add these in case other workers/processes will need audio in a specific format, extracted from video.
