I've been trying to get this to work for me on a HOOBS, and had a fair bit of success - working through the details/instructions, including:
completed the terminal com

  • mands
  • identifying the DeviceID( AC POT_056905_WW)
  • and getting the wideq_state.json file to generate

According to the instructions I'm done, however it doesn't quite work for me, and in the hoobs log I'm getting an error of "No State File Found". Here is the full log line:

2021-06-06 22:17:29 DEBUG [wideq.example] No state file found (tried: '/home/hoobs/.hoobs/etc/wideq_state.json')

Thanks for any help, and for making this plug-in. I appreciate your time & effort.
