Site contains no contact info

As far as I can tell, all of the pages contain no contact information for or identification of those responsible for the site. A natural place for this would be next to the copyright notice.

As well as contact information and credits, it would be nice to have links to the feedback forum and the code on GitHub. Maybe an About page at /about linked from the footer would be better. (Adding those links or an About page would be a relatively easy commit and pull request for any Rails programmer to make.)

The site should also clarify the status of the project and whether/how it is possible to contribute. Things like: Is it being maintained by anyone? If you do a github pull request is anyone likely to look at it? How often are new versions deployed?
