Сейчас в pages/index-{en,ru} лежит статический bemjson.js, в котором:

копипаст структуры страницы
захардкожен контент

Нужно:

вынести общую структуру в отдельный блок / шаблон
вынести контент блоков в отдельные .md / .wiki файлы
