Duplicate Set

On the main Dashboard page, under the 3 dot dropdown, there should be an option to Duplicate the set (above the option to Delete). This should show up on the three dot dropdown on the main dashboard page (showing all sets), as well as the three dot dropdown on the individual problem set page. 

When clicked, this should duplicate the set and bring the user to the edit page for the duplicated set.

Acceptance criteria 

Given that I'm a user on the dashboard or the individual set view, when I press the three dot dropdown on the set, the first option should be "Duplicate". If I select this, this should duplicate the set, and bring me to an edit page for the new duplicate set.
