What edits are needed for the SAFE template to make it Sutil? #3

Hi Ben,
I have this issue logged against Sutil

davedawkins/Sutil#22

It reads as if the expectation is that you can download the SAFE template, add the Sutil package, and then it should compile and build. Can you take a look and perhaps even comment?
