Possible to share Annotated data for MeSH terms?

Thank you for a good resource and research.

In section 3 of "A Corpus with Multi-Level Annotations of Patients, Interventions and Outcomes to Support Language Processing for Medical Literature", it says there are annotations for MeSH terms to labeled subsequences.
However, I cannot find annotated data for MeSH terms.

Could you tell me where the annotated data for MeSH terms are?
Or if there aren't the annotated data in GitHub, is it possible to share annotated data for MeSH terms?
