Conturret on a big elevation difference cant reach its max range automatically in hold pos / manuver, but roam

When using manual click for assist / repair / reclaim you do reach in hold pos / manuver. Changing to roam makes conturret work as it should automatically.

Example of issue: Koom valley conturret on cliff reaching down to geo.

Conturrets are by default in Manuver so it should be affecting everyone more or less.

Expected Behaviour

Automatically assist/repair/reclaim in the range given (cylindrical).

Actual Behaviour

Hold pos / Manuver affects the automatic behaviour.
