PHAR build doc?

Hello there and thanks for a great open source project!

I'm not a full time developer these days, but I'm good with PHP syntax. Up to now I haven't used phar, so I'm looking for some help. I'm hosting my own expose server and plan to add more, so I'm looking at updating config.php in the source to include my own servers when creating the config file with expose publish. I may even look at the expose servers command to modify the query.

I've taken a look in the compiled expose phar and see it was built with https://github.com/box-project/box. I've tried installing that and doing an automatic compilation, but that fails with various errors I've worked through to get a build/expose.phar that doesn't work.

Is there any documentation that can help me build a custom phar?
