Indonesian Member BE: Member level Advanced Mode #881
Comments
The advanced mode also needs to have Notes and Resources/Teliti. Rather than putting these under tools, it would be better to have those two in the top menu. |
The Member basic mode is better than the Member Advanced mode, because one cannot access the Resources. |
Sorry for the late reply, I'll handle this at least from the start of next week. |
Actually, I don't think we need this. I took a direction I don't think Teus would agree with. Instead of our Indonesian Alkitab Studi members keeping their member status (which means they would not have Workspaces), we just manually make everyone have Translator status, but make it so that they actually have no editing privileges (TSI (0/66)). (Zero editing permission for 66 books.) It would help us to be able to automatically change the default status of newly registered users to Translator status, using the little procedure you added and pictured above. Actually, without the little routine you added, I believe that Guests are already automatically upgraded to Members when they click on a link in their initial email. (Please check that.) |
Slight clarification: |
Please add Wordspaces to the Member level Advanced Mode.
Please remove Tools from the Member level Advanced Mode, because the only tool that shows up is Changes, and there won't ever be any changes, since the Members can't edit the TSI text.
