Background:
Ledger is the most important hardware wallet that supports Stellar network and as such, we should allow its users to connect and sign transactions with it.

Acceptance criteria:
Users are able to connect and sign transactions using Ledger.

I'll be working on this ticket shortly as I now have the physical ledger device to test with -- the emulator did not work for our use case.
