We should reach out in particular to folks at OCD and DataMade (who also have done a ton of work on scraping municipal legislative data for Legistar sites) to get the current status of the project and advice on strategy for incorporating OCD ids for Agenda Watch.
For example, our list of known sites (whether CivicPlus, Legistar or others we target in the future) could include OCD Division IDs at minimum, though we should look into generating IDs for child bodies such as city councils, planning and zoning, etc.
Also worth noting is that OCD Division IDs are now on Wikidata, and we should reach out to Erik Paulson about the status of that effort and how we might contribute for lower-level agencies and committees at the county and municipal levels.
