Adding a Dataset

Name: DiMB-RE
Description: We developed DiMB-RE, a comprehensive corpus annotated with 15 entity types
(e.g., Nutrient, Microorganism) and 13 relation types (e.g., INCREASES, IMPROVES) capturing
diet-microbiome associations.
