Is there a way to specify an exact computational environment? In other words, if I build an image tomorrow or in a year, the binder's computational environment will be the same (all the same software versions). Currently, andrewosh/binder-base on Docker Hub doesn't seem to be using tags for versioning. Therefore, I wouldn't be able to specify a specific version of the binder-base image.
Any help would be appreciated!
