Profiles aren't exported alongside certificates

I haven't included any log because I believe this is a simple documentation issue. The docs say that profiles will be exported with the certificates into the folder created by this tool. However (perhaps because I have XCode managed signing enabled) no profile is exported.

If you follow the suggested steps of exporting first and archive from Xcode manually then running the tool no profiles are found.

I had to look in this folder: ``~/Library/MobileDevice/Provisioning Profiles``` where XCode stores profiles to find the profile and upload to btirise code signing myself.
