Linux Browser integration not working #12815

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Install .deb package from website and firefox add on
  2. Enable browser integration in options of desktop app

  3. Try to enable integration on browser addon

Expected Result

Browser add on integrated with desktop app.

Actual Result

I get error:

in browser console I see error:

Hi, @Mighty683 how is Firefox installed for you? As a snap? Or as a .deb package?

Snap browser are sandboxed and not supported at the moment. It seems this is not documented anywhere though, so I'll follow-up on that.

Installed .deb Firefox, still not working but got different error:

After reboot of system everything works. Thank you for help
