My keyboard is Japanese.
Not only typing, everything is slow in the extension.
The performance on Chrome and Desktop is good.
The performance was good before 2024.12.1.
The CPU load of the extension is 100% when the issue occurs.

Can you try removing and reinstalling the Safari desktop app and extension,
I attempted to reproduce your issue and was unable to do so on a fresh install using Safari.

As I wrote, I tried CREATING NEW USER ON MY MACHINE.
Of coarse I also tried deleting and re-installing with the existing user.
but the issue is still there.
