Loading screen when starting does not go to access

Steps To Reproduce

Click in the app mine Desktop "Manjaro Menu"

Appear Bitwarden, screen loading show access data but again show loading screen and stay here

Expected Result

Log back in without waiting for the loading screen

Actual Result

Gets completely stuck on the loading screen

This issue should've been addressed in 2023.9.3 clients. Please try updating to the latest version to resolve this issue.
