This would actually take on 2-3 parts. First would be to have a list of messages to display with keys to set them... for example:

OO - Message for Ryno's Show
CMIX - Message for CerebralMix
RNF - Rage and Frustation message
...

Room ops could set the message by using !donset OO or !donset CMIX -- ops are responsible to set the correct message at the start of their show.

!donate executed by any user would display the currently selected message.
