Rendering Issue in Scaling 6 in Blackbaud Sans

Expected behavior

The 6 in Blackbaud Sans should look the same when scaling.

Actual behavior

The 6 in Blackbaud Sans renders poorly at certain font sizes (14pt is one) on Chrome (Multiple Versions) in Windows 10/7.

At size 14 (the default size for the page), the 6 in 8601 has artifacting near the center of the number.
