zip link given in readme is not working

hi,

the link given in readme http://twilightro.kafuka.org/~blackhole89/files/notekit-20210422.zip is not working
also, not sure where to find .msi or .exe file to install in windows machine

Use the build provided by GHA

• either https://github.com/blackhole89/notekit/suites/11835739799/artifacts/618332153 (v0.2.0)
• or https://github.com/sp1ritCS/notekit/suites/12926892571/artifacts/698330684 (codebase equivalent to latest commit in master)

there isn't any installer, just extract the zip to wherever you want notekit to be "installed" (ideally extract the inner zip with something other than windows explorer, as that really struggles with lots of small files) then you can either launch the notekit.exe from there or create a shortcut (in the right click menu) and move that to wherever you please (desktop/start menu).
