Support for External Drive

Hello! I love your icons so much and thanks for all your hard work. However, I change my boot drive to an external SSD for better speed. Unfortunately, there aren't ExtTool.icns, ExtResetNVRAM.icns and Other.icns. Opencore logs below show it.

Can you please add the icons if possible?

[edit]: I don't think there are ExtOther.icns too.
