Why is this table not sorting properly?

Hello, I have the following query

dv.table(["Movie", "Desire", "Year", "Genre", "Category"], dv.pages('#art/movies/db/unwatched').sort(m => m.desire, 'desc').map(m => [m.file.link, , "Desire: "+ m.desire, "Year: " + m.year, m.genre, "Category: "+m.category]))

It should, and almost does, sort by the "desire" field in each file. But for some reason, a couple at the top are out of order, as shown here:

If I click on the "desire" heading twice (to get to the reverse sort), it sorts properly, as you can see in this screen recording:

Looks like a bug, right?

2023-12-10 New info: I have noticed that in the out of order files, the "desire" fields are in the YAML. In some of the files that are correctly sorted, this is also the case, but moving the desire fields from the YAML in the out of order fields to in-line dataview fields does correctly sort them. What is going on here? What is the difference? Thanks
