Currently the plugin only allows you to specify the region and table name for the dynamo table, and not account id.

This means that the table needs to be in the same account where the dynamodb table is defined.

The feature request could be that we can change so you would need to provide the ARN of the dynamodb table, which would include all the details:

Table name
AWS region
AWS account id.
