Getting "Not a valid certificate. : : TypeError: Failed to fetch" #11

Getting "Not a valid certificate. : : TypeError: Failed to fetch" when I am going to validate my certificate using cert-web-component and replace "sample_cert-valid-2.0.json" with my certificate even my certificate pass all the steps in certificate viewer see:

Let me know if I am doing anything wrong to validate the certificate.
