Polymer Build not creating bundled folder

Hi there,

Just trying to get the web-component up and running on my windows machine,

I have installed bower and polymer as per the instructions, and when i run the polymer build command it returns a success, but the bundles folder isn't there as per the instruction following .. it just has a folder of 'default' and not much else.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

I also receive a 'Connection Refused' when I try and access the demo, if that helps any
